We turn a candidate's scattered paperwork — passport, certificates, medical, visa — into one verified, employer-ready dossier, and prove each identity document is genuine before it reaches the other side of the border.
The pipeline
Documents arrive from the candidate, from agents, and from third parties — in any order, often as phone photos. The system reads each one, confirms whose it is, and assembles the profile automatically.
Candidates and agents upload documents through a secure, tokenised link.
Passport MRZ is read and check-digit verified to ICAO standard. It never guesses.
Each incoming file is scored against the right candidate on ID, passport, DOB and name.
Once every required document is present, one ordered PDF profile is generated.
An employer- and embassy-ready file with a full, auditable chain of custody.
How verification works
Every passport carries hidden check digits — numbers calculated from the data itself. If a passport number is altered, or a blurry scan is misread by even one character, the maths fails. That's the difference between reading a document and verifying it.
The passport number AB123456 is followed by a single computed check digit — here, 7. Recompute it from the number: if it doesn't come back as 7, the read is wrong or the document has been tampered with. The same test runs on date of birth and expiry.
Change one digit and the check no longer matches — the document is flagged, not accepted.
